Biomedical Sales Manager
Salary:
  16,000 base salary plus bonuses, car, pension fund, etc
Location: Israel
Experience: 5+ years
Description:   A global group of companies that develop, manufacture and provide an extensive array of analytical and measurement equipment to countries around the world.
     A world leader in clinical diagnostic instrumentation, seeks professionals experienced in selling biomedical capital equipment to join our Sales Team! Our hematology and chemistry analyzers are sold to hospitals, laboratories and physicians' offices throughout the world. In addition to maintaining the sales territory and providing demonstrations, Territory Managers are responsible for additional sales-related activities and projects (conducting evaluations, trades shows, etc.)   Excellent compensation package!   Come join our growing team! The company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer!
Requirements:   Must have prior experience and success selling (preferably biomedical) capital equipment, the ability and desire to travel, valid drivers' license and passport, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to collect, organize and report data, ability to move/lift instruments. Must be able to travel abroad, mostly to Europe and the US.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, ACT). Requirements:

  • MUST RESIDE IN THE MERCAZ
  • DOCUMENTED # OF SALES REPS CURRENTLY MANAGING (MUST BE IN EXCESS OF 8
  • 3+years of DIRECT MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE CURRENTLY MANAGING SALES TEAMS CALLING INTO ACUTE CARE HOSPITALS  including strategy development and implementation of medical devices, equipment, etc (J&J, Covidien, GE Medical etc)
  • DOCUMENTED SALES SUCCESS UNDER YOUR MANAGMENT INCLUDING REGION / ROOKIE OF THE YEAR  
  • RELATIONSHUPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS AND ACCOUNTS 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
  • TURN AROUND TERRITORY MANAGERS WHO HAVE TAKEN A FAILING TERRRITORY AND NOW SUCCESSFUL UNDER YOUR LEADERSHIP
