As our Online Marketing Manager, developing and implementing marketing plans and projects, managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, and monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activity and results that are implemented are the primary responsibilities of this position. You will also help determine and manage the marketing budget, advise stakeholders within the organization of local, national and international factors affecting the buying and selling of our company's interactive business services and achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage. As we grow, you will use your management skills to direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities. Using your prior marketing experience in the software or technology industry preferably ecommerce related will allow you to develop and manage all marketing assets such as all corporate websites, marketing presentations, corporate brochures, and corporate gifts etc.
Requirements:
This position requires three plus years of marketing experience in a software or technology industry capacity and a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Our Online Marketing Manager will have knowledge and experience with SEO tactics and strategies, email marketing, PPC, offline marketing, social media, website content and analytics. Prior experience with CRM and its use as a marketing tool is essential. Our Online Marketing Manager will work independently from home and travel 3-4 times a year to tradeshows and conferences. Strong leadership and consensus building skills, marketing management and a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program will enable you to immediately succeed.
