 Vice President of Marketing
Location
:  Mercaz
Salary:  25,000/mo plus quarterly bonus
Summary / Responsibilities - Vice President of Marketing :

The Vice President will be responsible for the Marketing strategic plan and executing the overall strategic direction. This includes refining the value proposition, positioning and marketplace analysis. This role also impacts top-line growth by effectiveness of strategic/product/tactical marketing plans and impacts sale conversion rates. This position supports marketing the company’s services as well as physician and nursing recruitment.


  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plan
  • Conceive and develop advertising and promotional materials and marketing programs which appeal to the target segment(s) and reinforce Advanced ICU Care’s positioning in the market.
  • Work closely with sales management, medical affairs and customer service teams to assure the successful conception, development and introduction of marketing programs
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budget planning with finance
  • Execute programs on time and on budget.
  • Identifying market research needs and manage market research projects
  • Organize and implement advisory boards as needed.
  • Manage external advertising agencies, database vendors and consultants.

Requirements - Vice President of Marketing:

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor Degree of Science or Arts. Masters of Business Administration strongly preferred.
  • Experience: minimum of 10 years marketing experience with 5 or more years of health care services marketing management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Interest in participating in fluid, entrepreneurial business environment. Experience in both large and small companies a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to forecast timelines, resources and budgets, resolve bottlenecks and advise management of changes.
  • Exceptional process management and organization skills
  • Impeccable service ethic characterized by high energy, a positive attitude, and the desire to go the "extra mile" for both clients and teammates
  • Proactive/innovative problem solver
  • Ability to travel
